Swiss appliances manufacturer V-ZUG UK hosted a ‘Dealers Forum’ at its designated cookery school located in the Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings in Clerkenwell, East London in late October.
V-ZUG product managers visited from the company’s Switzerland HQ to host a product round table where they met with premier retailers to determine their thoughts and requirements moving forward. These select industry figures were invited by Rhys Evans, sales director UK and Ireland at V-ZUG UK, to come together to discuss the industry and market trends, and more specifically, how that relates to V-ZUG’s business, brand, appliance portfolio and retail impact.
V-ZUG’s portfolio of appliances across all categories were also examined and discussed with the purpose of improving its UK offering, with the company seeking country specific feedback to better fit the dynamics of the market.
V-ZUG UK and Ireland sales director Rhys Evans said: “Dealer forums are a great opportunity for us to get a good overview of our retail network in a relaxed environment, with much needed sustenance provided throughout the day by the Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings international restaurant.
“As a premium brand, we need to be able to react to the customer’s specific requirements and so real-time communication and discussion with our retail network is the best way to ensure we can answer the needs of our premium partners.”
