UK Warranty has secured a new deal with KAL Group to support the manufacturer guarantee of their NordMende branded products and to provide extended warranty cover to their consumers.
The deal follows other new business for UK Warranty during the past year, including kitchen appliance manufacturer Apelson, and a multitude of retailer and manufacturer based business, UK Warranty says.
UK warranty MD Neil Martin (pictured) said: “I believe we’re building a significant reputation among domestic appliance companies for protecting their customer relationships and providing the householder an added feeling of security after their appliance purchase.”
NordMende customers can register their appliances by phone or via the internet and a dedicated UK service line is available to assist if any repairs or replacements are needed during the period of cover.
NordMende is distributed in the UK and Ireland by the KAL Group and offers a range of built-in and freestanding household appliances.
