UK Warranty goes digital with Statesman Appliances

In Industry News On

UK Warranty has teamed up with Ipswich-based Statesman Appliances to provide three and five year extended warranties across its range of white goods.

Established in 2003, Statesman has developed a range of products that combine user-friendly functionality and reliable build quality to meet the demands of their customers, the company says.

Statesman Appliances group manager Steve Norris said: “At Statesman our goal is to be acknowledged by our customers as a service leader who offers great products at competitive prices, an unbeatable service and a customer centric focus. A key part of this is our standard two year parts and labour guarantee. This has supported our rapid growth as our customers trust the reliability of our products and the after sales service we provide.

“As a result of the success we have achieved so far, we wanted to see how we could improve further on our current warranty offering. A partnership with UK Warranty was the best fit for our business offering our customers additional service support for up to five years.”

UK Warranty managing director Neil Martin (pictured) said: “We have revolutionised our online customer portal providing our retailers and manufacturers with more control than ever before, bespoke MI and a white-labelled solution that offers a streamlined experience for customers when registering their appliance. Statesman Appliances is a forward thinking manufacturer who wants to provide unrivalled experience and service for retailers and their customers – we believe our warranty solutions offer this.”

He continued: “With the rise of mobile commerce and transactions on tablets growing by 97% year on year we need to ensure our warranty and registration portals offer the same omni-channel experience for our clients and their customers.”
