AVF Group has announced that it has achieved three-star carbon neutral status for further reducing its carbon emissions through product manufacture, distribution, business travel and running offices in the UK and US.

Duracell Professional has announced the launch of its new Procell battery. Created using Super Conductive Graphite (SCG), with smaller particles and higher conductivity, the battery provides longer life than any other Duracell alkaline. The Procell range will launch with a new logo, packaging concept and materials for retailers to promote the range in-store.

Panasonic’s new range of white goods is now endorsed by the Energy Saving Trust and carry the Energy Saving Recommended logo. They include Panasonic’s new NR-B30FX1 refrigerator which is the industry’s first A++ Energy Rated model with no frost technology and new AAA rated washing machines, NA-16VX1 and NA-16VG1.

All SEBO domestic vacuum cleaners now come with a five-year parts and labour guarantee.

Smeg has announced its partnership with Breakthrough Breast Cancer, the UK’s leading breast cancer charity, for a second year running. Between 1 August and 31 December, Smeg will make a 10% donation on the sale of all pink appliances.
