Premium appliance brand Smeg has unveiled its ‘most accessible range cooker yet’, which the Italian company says combines ‘traditional design with modern convenience’.
The Burghley is a three-cavity dual fuel cooker and gas hob, including multiple cooking levels and gas burners, closed door grilling, and an ‘easy clean’ enamel interior.
Smeg intends the Burghley to be an ‘attractive introduction’ to the brand, which has been developed specially for independent retailers. The Burghley is available now in black and cream, with silver following in September, priced £1,299.
It’s joined by the Blenheim, a second three-cavity dual fuel cooker and gas hob. Also priced £1,299, the Blenheim is available in cream and silver, with black exclusive to high street retailer Currys.
Smeg UK brand manager John Davies commented: “We’re delighted to introduce our latest traditionally styled cookers, the Burghley and Blenheim, continuing to bolster our well established range cooking offering. Offering exceptional value, distinctive aesthetics and solid performance, we’re confident this new collection will be a real hit on display.”
