Smeg appoints trade marketing manager

Italian manufacturer Smeg has announced that it has promoted Laura Green to the position of trade marketing manager.

In her new role, Laura will primarily be responsible for overseeing Smeg’s newly-formed Smeg Collective, an initiative from the brand to support quality independent electrical retailers and high-end kitchen studios.

Having spent several years at Smeg as senior marketing executive, Laura will continue to support Smeg’s marketing department across all aspects, from PR and advertising to event management.

Smeg managing director Mike Giddings commented: “We’re beyond thrilled to have promoted Laura to this position after years of hard work here at Smeg. Laura is very much a part of the Smeg family and we look forward to seeing what she will bring to the role and enjoying many more prosperous years together.”
