When Neff introduced the totally unique SlideAway oven door that disappears from view under the oven, it took the UK market by storm. And it has continued to make waves ever since, thanks to its highly innovative door mechanism that moves aside to provide extra space in the kitchen.
Multiple Choice
The new 2009 range sees this popular stainless steel single oven multiply both in size and in number. There is now a choice of six SlideAway oven variations instead of the previous one, with a very clear sell-up route. This allows consumers to benefit from the USP of Neff’s unique SlideAway door for an affordable Series 2 single oven or a top-of-the-range Series 6 model.
What’s more, all six new generation SlideAway door ovens boast a huge 58 litre capacity: that’s an additional 13 litres of interior volume on the previous models and around 30% more room for cooking every day.
Touch of luxury
The SlideAway door itself has been further improved with the inclusion of an innovative retracting mechanism that disappears into the oven when rotating the Revolution handle. Similar to the kind of soft-close mechanism on a top quality kitchen furniture drawer, this adds a touch of luxury to the whole design concept.
Parallel Design
Clean lines, high quality materials and clever design details on Neff’s new generation SlideAway door ovens add up to sheer cooking pleasure. Whether arranged vertically or in parallel installation, these exceptional new ovens provide a totally harmonious look and feel, allowing extra flexibility in kitchen design.
Combination cooking
By ensuring that the panel height of the SlideAway ovens replicates that of the compact cooking appliances, combination with other Neff cooking appliances, such as the CircoSteam ovens and Coffee Centre, is now easier than ever.
Comments Neff Brand Manager, Hannah Watson: “The SlideAway door oven is a great success story. It’s also a perfect example of how outstanding design can also achieve the ultimate in practical solutions for the domestic kitchen”
