Samsung has announced that the Samsung sponsored 102 Cookery School is hosting free demonstrations with Michelin starred chefs at Eat Drink Bristol Fashion on 25th and 27th May 2013.
The 102 cookery school, founded by Nailsea Electrical, is running the demonstrations in Queen Square as part of the current Eat Drink Bristol Fashion festival.
Giles Pushman, Manager of 102 Cookery School describes the line-up as a “Who’s Who of the West’s cooking world” with local Michelin awarded chefs Sam Moody (Bath Priory), Josh Eggleton (The Pony & Trap), Chew Magna, and Jon Ray (Casamia) all taking part in the demonstrations. They will be joined by TV’s Emma Grazette and forager Toby Gritten and a host of other local chefs including Martin Hunt, Chris Wicks, Jake Platt and Freddy Bird.
