DAB radio manufacturer Ruark Audio has been named the ‘Best Overall Radio Brand’ for 2015 by Which? magazine.
As part of an ‘in depth’ member’s survey to discover the ‘Best Tech Brands of 2015’ from leading independent consumer watchdog magazine Which?, Ruark scored one of the highest ratings for reliability and achieved joint top customer score, with Which? declaring the audio specialists the ‘Best Overall Radio Brand’.
Family run, British-based Ruark Audio is no stranger to recognition from Which? with the company’s R1 Mk3 receiving the ‘Best Buy for Digital Radios’ in March 2015. The latest generation model not only boasts quality DAB, DAB+ and FM tuners but on board Bluetooth allows users to wirelessly stream music from their smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Ruark Audio co-founder Alan O’Rourke said: “We pride ourselves on creating the best radios possible, not only striving for a great sound borne from years of rich audio engineering heritage but also crafting audio systems that carry an iconic design. Being recognised by Which? members as the best radio brand overall amongst fierce competition and reaffirming our culture of reliability reinforces our manufacturing ethos.”
