Manager of Elland-based family-run independent retailer Robertshaws Steve Robertshaw said he is delighted with sales of SodaStream since taking on the range.

Robertshaws is a member of CIH and was encouraged to list SodaStream after meeting with representatives of the company at the Euronics Showcase, which took place at the NEC in Birmingham in April.

Since taking on SodaStream, Robertshaws has embraced the brand with a floor-standing display unit next to the till, a range of point-of-sale materials and the complete suite of SodaStream flavours.

Mr Robertshaw said: “SodaStream offers something different and unique; it’s a very colourful and appealing brand, which we hope will bring new customers in-store, to buy SodaStream and look at other products in the store.”

Stuart Cook, chief executive of Euronics, said: “SodaStream is one of the new suppliers to the group and I am delighted to hear that Steve and the team at Robertshaws have embraced the brand. I’d encourage members to interact with the new suppliers to the group, such as SodaStream, that offer different opportunities for members.”
