Digital radio manufacturer Roberts has announced that it has invested a six-figure sum in a national press advertising campaign ahead of Christmas sales.
Breaking at the end of October and running through to mid December, the campaign promotes two key ranges from Roberts; the wireless multi-room speakers R-Line and the Revival collection of digital radios, including the company’s Revival iStream 2 which includes internet radio and DAB+.
The campaign sees full page ads running in a mix of national newspapers and supplements including the Daily Telegraph, Sunday Telegraph, Guardian Weekend, Mail on Sunday, Observer Magazine, Evening Standard, Metro, Express Saturday Magazine as well as The RadioTimes, the company says.
Roberts chief executive Owen Watters commented: “It’s crucial to seize the sales opportunities the season brings, and this campaign aims to ensure Roberts features on everyone’s Christmas wishlist. With R-Line and Revival, we have two exceptional ranges and we absolutely want to shout about them and capture shoppers’ attention this Christmas.”
