Roberts Radio’s ‘let it be’ summer promotion

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the world’s most successful rock ‘n’ roll band, the Beatles, Roberts Radio is running a commerative promotion to help retailers boost sales.

Until the end of September 2013 retailers will be able to offer every customer that buys a Roberts radio the opportunity to win a free pair of tickets to see the theatrical concert “Let It Be”, currently playing at the Savoy Theatre in the West End, along with a night of luxury in London’s iconic Savoy Hotel.

Owen Watters, CEO of Robert’s Radio, said of the promotion:  “Last year we celebrated our 80th anniversary, so with confidence we can say that we are a brand that helped bring the sound of the Beatles to the nation and played a part in shaping UK pop and culture throughout the sixties.   This promotion not only offers a great opportunity for retailers to celebrate the influence of the Beatles but more importantly incentives sales of our products by offering a top prize.”

Consumers who purchase a radio from now until September, can enter online on the Roberts Radio website until the end of October and will be entered into a draw to win the ‘let it be’ prize.
