Rangemaster becomes latest Approved Supplier to Sirius

In Industry News On

Electrical appliance and kitchen retail buying group Sirius has announced that cooker brand Rangemaster has joined as an Approved Supplier to the group.

The company’s appliances, sinks and taps will now be available to the Sirius network of independent retailers throughout the UK. Rangemaster has manufactured range cookers at its Leamington Spa facility for over 185 years and sinks at Long Eaton for 85 years.

Rangemaster appliances/cooking division director of sales Iskender Diker (pictured left) commented: “Sirius is one of the largest buying groups in the UK, so we are delighted to have the opportunity to work with them. Joining forces allows us to create and strengthen links with their members which will, in turn, enable our appliances to reach a larger number of end users through Sirius’ extensive retail network.”

Sirius Buying Group commercial director Steve Jones (pictured right) added:“Having Rangemaster become our newest Approved Supplier to Sirius is a massive endorsement for the group, reinforcing our value within the electrical appliance retail industry and the support we’re able to offer our growing network of members. This new partnership will provide Sirius Approved Members full access to trained representatives of Rangemaster, existing and exclusive product lines, enhanced ordering and fulfilment capabilities, along with logistics and retail.

“Rangemaster is a formidable addition for Sirius that will inevitably help our members compete. Consequently, we aim to help increase the rebates each member is capable of earning and improve the overall package presented to members from our Approved Suppliers, like Rangemaster. Our personal and result-driven approach to help increase purchasing from our manufacturers and distributors by working closely with our suppliers is one of the reasons Rangemaster decided to join us, and I am confident they will start seeing a return quickly.”
