Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances (GDCA) has appointed Mark Davison, formerly of Aga Rangemaster, as managing director of its domestic appliances business.
Mark’s experience includes four years at Aga Rangemaster, where he was sales and marketing Director, 13 years at Proctor and Gamble, as well as positions at Nestlé, Goodyear Dunlop and Jarden Consumer Solutions.
In his new role as managing director, Mark will be responsible for driving GDHA’s growth strategy and direction, and working collaboratively with other brands within the GDCA portfolio.
Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances chief executive Andy Griffiths said: “This is an exciting time for GDHA, with a number of new products being launched in the coming months. We are extremely ambitious and believe that Mark is the right man to translate that ambition into a clear growth strategy. He will be working creatively with the other brands in our portfolio to ensure that GDHA’s well-loved brands continue to prosper in the digital age.”
