Roberts Radio have announced the appointment of Diane Fuller as their new Global Sales and Marketing Director. She comes to the role from Sony UK where Diane was a key part of the senior management team and is renowned for her extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics market and distribution channels.
Having started her career as the first female Sales Manager at Sony in the 80s she rose through the ranks undertaking a variety of roles, including sharing her expertise in training and team development positions, to becoming the National Accounts Controller for the specialist Grocery and Photographic business within Sony UK. More recently she managed the commercial relationships with two of the largest multiple retailers in the UK, DSG and Comet before her return to independent channels as General Manager.
The addition of Diane to the Roberts Radio team builds on the existing four telesales agents and 10 strong field sales team. The new role will also see her managing the marketing and PR team as they continue to communicate the heritage of the brand to today’s modern consumer.
