Miele included in YouGov brand recommendation rankings

In Industry News On

Premium domestic appliance manufacturer, and winner of the Which? Home Appliance Brand 2017, Miele has been included for the second consecutive year in the top 10 brand recommendation rankings, compiled by YouGov.

The recommendation rankings are a form of a net promoter score and look at brands’ current and former customers and analyse which ones have the highest proportion of people recommending them to a family member or friend. YouGov also tracks customers’ perceptions of a brand’s quality, value, impression, satisfaction, reputation and recommendations when compiling the top 10.

Miele GB managing director Simon Grantham said: “Miele is thrilled to be featured in the YouGov top 10 brand recommendation rankings list. YouGov remains a champion of consumer engagement and conversation, and to be included for a second year is a strong testament to the Miele brand.”
