In the Which? Best Appliance Brands Survey, German premium domestic appliance manufacturer Miele has been announced as the ‘Best Brand Overall’ in seven out of the nine categories it is featured in; built-in ovens, cylinder vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, and dishwashers.
The report was published in the January 2016 issue of Which? magazine and surveyed more than 9,000 Which? members.
Miele GB managing director Simon Grantham commented: “We are thrilled to retain this accolade. It is recognition of Miele’s total commitment to offering customers products and service that embody our ethos of ‘Immer Besser’ – Forever Better.”
In September 2015, Which? asked 9,055 Which? members about the products they owned in a range of home appliance categories. Which? combined the results of the survey with its lab testing to identify the best brand overall for each appliance.
