Miele celebrates hat trick at 2017 Which? Awards

In Industry News On

For a third consecutive year, the German premium domestic appliance manufacturer Miele has been crowned Home Appliance Brand of the Year at the Which? Awards. The awards celebrate and recognise businesses that have achieved positive change and deliver products and services that score highly in Which? research and testing.

Miele GB managing director Simon Grantham commented: “We are delighted and proud to have won the Which? Home Appliance Brand of the Year award for a third year. An award like this is a reflection of everything we believe in – quality products and fantastic customer service. Still a family owned and run company, the award is testament to everyone who is involved with Miele and we strive to always be ‘Immer Besser’ – Forever Better, passionate about offering consumers a range of high performance and convenience features that are designed to add real benefits, precise results and make their lives easier.”

Which? chief executive Peter-Vicary Smith added: “Consumers should be at the heart of every business. Brands that deliver excellent products and services for their customers deserve to be recognised and rewarded. The Which? Awards winners list honours the commitment of those businesses that strive to meet the expectations of consumers and go above and beyond to respond to their needs.”

The Which? Awards ceremony took place on May 17 2017 in London and was co-hosted by TV presenter Natasha Kaplinsky and Which? chief executive Peter-Vicary Smith.
