Premium refrigeration manufacturer Liebherr has announced that it has won a Red Dot design award for the SBS7014 side by side fridge freezer, the latest addition to its integrated 2014 collection.
The A++ energy efficient SBS 70I4 side-by-side fridge-freezer features three different climate zones and includes a refrigerator with 308 litre capacity and three BioFresh safes that ‘guarantee food stays fresher longer than a traditional refrigerator’.
Its NoFrost technology freezer reportedly equally impressed with its 9 drawer storage capacity, frost-free convenience and automatic IceMaker. Liebherr offers 150 refrigeration choices and in 2014 sees 20 new additions to its extensive integrated and freestanding collection.
The Red Dot award’s judging panel consists of 40 leading experts looking for the highest levels of creativity, innovation and product quality. On 7 July 2014, the award will be officially presented in the Aalto Theatre in Essen, Germany.
