LG Electronics UK has announced the launch of its brand new innovative product training platform, the ‘LG Lounge’, available in both Web and Android Applications.
The LG Lounge is designed to affirm LG’s commitment to retailer training by adding a digital platform, which enables quick and easy access to learn about the latest LG products across Home Entertainment, Home Appliances and Mobile Communications divisions.
The LG Lounge will offer a range of structured training modules and tests to enhance product knowledge as well as LG News to keep retailers informed of up and coming new LG brand and product updates as they are announced.
As an incentive, retailers who visit the LG Lounge and complete training modules will earn points which can be exchanged for chances to win prizes. Additional opportunities will be available when the LG training team is in-store as more points can be earned by taking part in the face-to-face training and workshops.
