LG Electronics has announced an exclusive partnership with celebrated British fashion designer Holly Fulton to launch a customisable Holly Fulton for LG limited edition washing machine.

Through working with online appliance retailer ao.com, they have developed a bespoke interface for customers to interact with. Customers will be able to mix and match colours from the palette to see how the different variations look before choosing their final selection and even share their personal product with friends via social media channels.

Nicole Dalamagas, Brand Journey Lead, ao.com said of the new partnership: “At ao.com, we pride ourselves on our innovation and dedication to amazing customer service. We are therefore extremely pleased to partner with LG on this exciting and unique opportunity that complements our brand ethics so perfectly. We can’t wait for our customers to try out our new product page and customise their Holly Fulton for LG printed washing machine to suit the style of their own home.”

Dawn Stockell, LG Marketing Communications Manager adds: “To be able to offer our customers the opportunity to be involved in the design process of their product is something which we are really looking forward to. This has been made possible through working closely with ao.com to ensure that the site is easy and fun to use and the logistics from point of sale to delivery are smooth and efficient”.

The partnership marks LG’s return as the Official Garment Care Supplier to London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014, for the fifth consecutive season.
