Kenwood introduces five year guarantee

Kenwood has announced that the company is extending the guarantee on its premium lines to five years. Consumers will now be able to register for a five year guarantee on high value products, including certain items from the Kenwood Chef Range.

Having already been successfully trialled in John Lewis, the move will also act to increase profit opportunities for retailers, encouraging additional item sales.

Consumers will be able to validate their five year guarantee via the Kenwood website, or via an in-pack postal card, after purchase, allowing them to apply to have any part of their appliance replaced, free of charge, if found to be defective.

Penny Jones, Kenwood Brand manager, said of the guarantee extension: “We have faith in the quality and durability of our products and know they are the best on the market, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer a five year guarantee to consumers to ensure they have the same confidence in our products as we do.”
