The Kitchen Bathroom Buying Group (KBBG), part of European kitchen and bathroom buying group for independent kitchen specialists DER KREIS, has appointed Matt Turton as Northern regional manager.
Matt joins the KBBG with experience from a variety of roles including national sales manager at Whirlpool, national sales manager at Electrolux and sales and marketing distribution director and most recently a senior role with 2020 Design.
Matt will focus on the continued support of current independent kitchen and bathroom retailers, as well as establishing new kitchen retail members throughout the north of the UK.
He commented: “I am delighted to be joining the KBBG. I am very excited about the challenge that the opportunity will bring. My depth of market and kitchen retailer knowledge will be a huge asset to the business. It is, of course, a very different role but one where my expertise and experience will be invaluable.
“The opportunity is enormous and I am looking forward to spearheading the drive in the north to introduce additional kitchen specialists to the KBBG. Our future lies in the continued support of our current members, and developing new ones, providing both with exceptional trading advantages so they can thrive and profit in the kitchen specialist market place.”
