Humax, the digital TV recorder and set-top box specialist, has launched Humax Trade, a new initiative designed to support independent electrical retailers across the UK. The service will be underpinned by a dedicated online portal: www.humaxtrade.co.uk, providing registered Humax Trade retail partners with product information, advice and support.
Humax Trade offers a range of bespoke services to help independent retailers selling Humax’s range of Freeview and Freesat digital TV products. These include:
Direct sales channel – the ability to order direct from Humax, with favourable payment terms and next day delivery options, After-sales support – a dedicated Humax Trade support line and account manager, Marketing support – including point of sale packs, product collateral and print-ready creatives for local print advertising activity,
Incentive schemes – a range of bonus and loyalty schemes, Dedicated website – online, secure portal providing access to product information, company news and online support.
