UK housebuilder Avant Homes has announced an industry first partnership with home appliance manufacturer Hotpoint as part of its new interior specification.

Hotpoint will install laundry, cooking and cooling appliances into all Avant Home properties built throughout the UK. Avant Homes will be the only housebuilder in the UK to offer Hotpoint’s top-of-the-range Class 9 cooking collection as part of its integrated home and kitchen appliance package as standard in all homes.

Hotpoint channel manager Phil Slater said: “We are very excited about our partnership with Avant Homes. There are clear affinities between our two brands with a focus on innovation being at the heart of what both businesses do.

“Our Class 9 cooking collection has an integrated system of advanced technology meaning that Avant Homes’ buyers are acquiring the very best Hotpoint products designed to let them express creativity in the kitchen with consistently excellent results.”

The specification is being rolled out across the company’s developments located throughout Scotland, North East England, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Avant Homes chief executive officer Colin Lewis commented: “We set out to deliver kitchens unlike any other. We understand that the kitchen is the hub of the home in which people entertain and enjoy spending their time so a lot of our focus has been on ensuring this space is both functional and reflect the latest trends. Our designs are from Italy and our industry first partnership with Hotpoint provides our buyers with the perfect combination of style and substance.

“Hotpoint encompasses everything we look for in a supplier with a fierce commitment to innovation and user satisfaction and we are delighted to be working with the brand.”
