Appliance manufacturer Hotpoint has announced a partnership with Procter & Gamble to offer consumers a free supply of washing detergent, available on the purchase of a selected model from the range of Hotpoint Ultima S-Line laundry appliances.
This promotion is available on purchases made from July 20 until September 27 2017, and consumers will receive a six months’ supply of Ariel Washing Liquid.
Hotpoint senior brand manager Jennifer Taylor commented: “This promotion will raise awareness of our superb range of Hotpoint washing machines and how effectively quality products work together to remove more than 100 stains at 20˚C. Our Ultima S-Line washing machines and washer dryers combine ultimate design with caring technology to deliver outstanding cleaning performance and excellent results.
“This promotion aligns perfectly with Direct Injection technology, from Hotpoint, to offer consumers ultimate stain removal and garment care and is a huge asset for retailers in promoting brand switching at the point of sale.”
Direct Injection technology pre-mixes the detergent and water, before it enters the drum, to create a cleaning foam, which is injected directly into the wash, activating the detergent’s enzymes quicker, Hotpoint says. By penetrating the fibres faster, Hotpoint claims that cleaning power is increased by up to 60%.
The brand adds that retailers have access to a point of sale materials to support and alert consumers in-store to the promotion, available via their Hotpoint account manager.
