Hoover’s ultra-quiet pet vacuum, Telios Extra TX50PET 001, has been named a ‘Mumsnet Best’ following a recent round of testing.
The process revealed Mumsnet’s ‘The 8 best vacuum cleaners for 2020’ and the Hoover model was crowned the best cylinder product.
Awarded 10/10 for cleaning up pet hair, the vacuum was also praised for its performance on stairs, lightweight manoeuvrability, lengthy chord, on-board tool storage and quietness.
One of the quietest models available on the market, the Telios Extra has a QuietMark Award. With a noise level of just 64 dBA, lower than a typical conversation between two adults, it is 10 times quieter than the average sound level (74.4 dBA) of the top 10 sellers in cylinders in the UK.
The bagged cylinder vacuum received Which? Best Buy endorsement in November 2019 and reviews well with consumers, scoring 4/5 at Argos, 4/5 on Amazon, 5/5 on AO.com and 7.3/10 on Reevoo.
Acoustically engineered, the Telios Extra comes with a choice of three-floor nozzles to ensure great performance on all floorcoverings.

The Telios Extra has a 3.5L bag capacity, as well as a 10m working radius thanks to a 7m cord and adjustable telescopic tube; reducing the need to change sockets as often.
