Hisense UK has announced the launch of its new UK website this week. The new site constitutes one part of Hisense UK’s continued investment in the brand throughout 2017, the company adds.
Hisense was recently announced as an official partner of the 2018 FIFA World Cup and, closer to home, Hisense UK signed a sponsorship deal with Aston Villa. The continued investment in the brand is also being replicated and supported by retailers, including a recent TV advertising campaign alongside retailers including AO and Argos– the latter has also featured the Hisense 5300 on the back cover of its latest catalogue, Hisense adds.
The new website is bidding to mark a shift in perception of Hisense from a purely budget brand to one which is focused on high quality and value, the company says.
The new site’s design and functionality feeds into this new brand image and further increases consumer confidence, Hisense says, along with lifestyle photography which focuses on product quality, and how they would suit a consumers’ home and style. The brand has also developed its customer support network and service team in recent months, aimed at increasing consumer confidence in the comparatively new brand.
Hisense UK head of marketing Arun Bhatoye commented: “We know that many consumers naturally are hesitant when it comes to investing in a new brand. TVs and white goods are typically highly considered purchases so our investment in the brand and new website is designed to help customers feel at ease throughout that purchase or research journey.
“2017 has been a strong year for Hisense UK and we look forward to working alongside FIFA for the 2018 World Cup and a little closer to home as we continue to activate our sponsorship deal with Aston Villa.”
