Now in its eighth year, the tracker research produced by Grant Thornton confirms that Chinese companies continue to make a significant contribution to the UK economy. The biggest Chinese-owned companies employ more than 75,000 people in the UK and contributed total revenues of £92 billion to the country’s economy last year

This news follows quickly on the back of the newly opened state-of-the-art brand activation centre that has been created at its UK headquarter in Warrington. The 672 square metre facility comprises several zones, providing separate showroom areas for each brand, a chef’s theatre for cooking demonstrations, a meeting centre including an auditorium, four meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
