Kitchen appliance manufacturer Gorenje has announced the launch of its own YouTube channel.
The new channel will be a source of cooking tips and tricks for food enthusiasts as well as providing additional information about products in the Gorenje range.
Gorenje UK national sales manager Stuart Benson commented: “Our social media presence has really taken off over the last few months and we’re really excited to be taking this to the next level with our presence on YouTube.
“We have launched the channel with a bang, as our first video comes from Michelin starred chef John Campbell. He kindly offered to demonstrate ‘how to make bread’ on the Gorenje+ appliances we donated to his cookery school, The Woodspeen.”
Gorenje has seen a huge growth in its social community across both Twitter and Facebook over the last 12 months with engagement levels increasing off the back of a comprehensive competition schedule, the brand says.
Stuart added: “It has been absolutely fantastic to see so many people talking to us about our products across social media. The YouTube channel will be a fantastic step forward for us, as it will allow us to showcase not only our own videos, but some of the fantastic videos we receive from our fans and followers.”
