Fournelle, Britannia’s latest collection of range cookers, combines a French-style design with the highest professional standards. It’s available in four models, starting at 1000mm (the Fronsac and the Carelle) up to the 1500mm – Margaux (pictured).
All Fournelle ovens also feature conventional cooking which provides the same cooking style as gas, a fast pre-heat system for speedy cooking, and offers nine functions in the 90cm and 60cm ovens.
On the hob, the Fournelle includes a range of special features, such as La Plancha, a solid stainless steel hotplate that cooks anything from entrecôte to salmon; Le Coup de Feu – a cast iron cooking area for simmering or keeping food warm; and La Friteuse Électrique – a thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer. There is also a six-zone induction hob option available on the 100cm models.
