Fisher & Paykel said its premium range of laundry products have been engineered to provide the best performance and most convenience while having minimal impact on the environment.
Alex van Vliet, Fisher & Paykel’s product manager, said: “This entirely new range of luxury laundry products from Fisher & Paykel features a 12kg and 10kg washing machine with automatic dosing, Steam Refresh, and a high temperature hygiene program.
“The new design of the interface takes the guesswork out of laundry and makes them extremely intuitive to use. As with all Fisher & Paykel appliances, our new washing machines come with a 5-year warranty.”
Fisher & Paykel said its ActiveIntelligence programme removes the guesswork by determining load size and soil level before dispensing just the right amount of detergent and adjusting the wash time for over 1,200 possible wash combinations.
This, the company said, results in less waste, less hassle and less detergent residue, with the added convenience of not needing to fill the dispenser for every wash.
Mr van Vliet added: “Thanks to proprietary SmartDrive technology, Fisher & Paykel’s washing machines also sense the load size to the nearest 1kg rather than to the nearest 2/3kg which is much more common among other washing machines on the market.”
