Exclusively shows focus on the future

In Industry News On

Exclusively Electrical and sister show Exclusively Housewares are looking ahead to Christmas 2016 and Spring/Summer 2017 this year when they open at London’s Business Design Centre in June.

Show director Simon Boyd said: “We know from contact with Exclusively visitors that trade shows are important, not just for finding new suppliers and new products, but also to get an overview of what is being planned for the seasons ahead.

“This year the Exclusively shows are aiming to give buyers a helping hand to search out and recognise ‘On Trend’ products – focusing particularly on Christmas 2016 and the spring/summer season for 2017.”

The shows will offer visitors a new On Trend display area, free accompanied ‘Trend Tours’ around the show floor undertaken by trend forecasters Scarlet Opus, and a series of free quick-fire industry presentations featuring market briefings from market research company GfK, Retail Week stores editor John Ryan and Phil Pond of Scarlet Opus, aimed at retailers keen to stay on top of consumer trends and gain an insight into what their customers will be looking for in the future.

This will be the second time Exclusively Electrical has run, after its successful launch in 2015, and it returns with a line-up of 25 leading small domestic and kitchen appliance (SDA/SKA) suppliers representing many more brands.

Exclusively 2016 logos combined stackedAll the key suppliers which supported the launch of the show are back, including Beurer, Dualit, EPE International, Europasonic, Groupe SEB, Jura, KitchenAid, Magimix, Meyer, RKW, SMART Worldwide, Team UKI, Ultimate Products, Vitamix and Witt.

They have been joined by several new exhibitors including Arzum Elektrikli, Benross Group, Connect Distribution Services, Healthy Foods / Yonanas, Lloytron, NuWave, Sage Appliances and Smartwares Europe. In addition, visitors to Exclusively Electrical will also find Gourmet Gadgetry, Sabichi, Salter and Swan Products in the next hall, as part of Exclusively Housewares.

Exclusively Electrical runs alongside its sister show Exclusively Housewares, which marks its 15th year in 2016, and continues to offer its visitors access to the largest UK line-up of housewares suppliers under one roof, all at one time. Visitors to both shows can move freely between the two.

“As two specialist shows we offer a depth and breadth of brands, products and suppliers that is very attractive to a great mix of retailers for whom housewares and SDA/SKA products range from the purely functional right through to ideal gifts,” comments Simon.

Both shows will run on Tuesday June 14 and Wednesday June 15 2016 at the Business Design Centre, London. To register, and to see the full listing of exhibitors and brands visit either of the show websites: www.exclusivelyelectrical.co.uk or www.exclusivelyhousewares.co.uk.
