Electrolux UK has achieved certification as a Top Employer from the Top Employers Institute, the company has announced.
The Top Employers has been recognising excellence for 25 years, deploying a single methodology across 116 countries with 1,239 certified organisations. The award is considered a mark of excellence in employee conditions, nurturing and developing talent at all levels and continually striving to improve employment practises.
Electrolux Major Appliances UK & Ireland general manager Peter Spencer commented: “For many years we have used the TNS Employee Engagement Survey to understand how engaged our employees feel, and this has helped us focus our efforts. However, we felt the time was right to benchmark ourselves externally as a UK employer; hence we put ourselves forward to be audited by the Top Employers Institute.

For us to have achieved Top Employer Certification, across all Electrolux UK entities, on our first submission, is a great honour.”
The Top Employers Institute assessed Electrolux UK’s employee offerings on areas including talent strategy, workforce planning, learning and development, leadership development and company culture.
