Currys PC World has unveiled a new advertising campaign. The cross-channel campaign ‘places the customer at the heart of the brand and reflects a business more customer-focussed than ever’, in a move intended to show Currys PC World as the number one destination for trusted advice and expertise, and the latest technology.
The idea behind the new creative, ‘We Start With You’, is centred firmly on the customer – what technology they are looking for and what fits in with their lifestyle, Currys says. Based around the real conversations Currys PC World’s store colleagues have with customers every day, the creative illustrates how store colleagues listen to their customers, simplify their choices and help them find the products they need, the retailer says.
The campaign will include TV, print, social and digital platforms over the coming months.
