Following successful visits to Brussels and Milan, the Cube by Electrolux has been positioned on top of the Royal Festival Hall, in London’s South Bank, and from June to September 2012 will be offering some of the most stunning views of the capital together with an unforgettable culinary experience.

The Cube dinning is an initiative developed by Electrolux to promote its professional expertise and bring together some of the most innovative chefs in Europe.

In London, double Michelin star chefs Sat Bains, Claude Bosi and Daniel Clifford will be joined by the winners of ‘Ramsay’s Best Restaurant 2010’ and Michelin star holders Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, as well as Scotland’s Michelin star chef, Tom Kitchin.

The chefs will present to just 18 guests, gathered around one table, a unique menu, using locally sourced ingredients, as well as giving guests the chance to interact and watch their food being prepared. During the meals of a minimum of five courses, dishes will be accompanied by specially matched wines. The Cube’s open plan kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art Electrolux domestic as well as professional equipment.
