GLEN Dimplex Home Appliances, manufacturer of the Stoves, Belling, New World and Lec brands, has joined forces with the Women’s Institute in a new long-term partnership agreement aimed at getting more people cooking.
The new collaboration will see the leading cooker manufacturer and the WI work together long term on a number of educational projects to get people back in the kitchen, including the launch of a new cookery school at Denman College in Oxfordshire. The school will go back to basics to teach people traditional cooking skills and will link the expertise of the Women’s Institute’s members with leading innovation from Glen Dimplex Home Appliance’s Stoves brand.
Alongside the cookery school, Glen Dimplex Home Appliances will also work closely with the Women’s Institute’s 205,000 members on a number of initiatives including educational projects, new product innovation and WI 60th anniversary celebrations.
