UK hi-fi industry trade body The Clarity Alliance is lending its support to the forthcoming Headroom show on January 30-31, organised by Clarity member, Unilet Sound & Vision’s Custom Cable division and taking place at London’s Metropolis recording studio.
Clarity will be present at the show to talk to members of the public about the benefits of purchasing better quality home entertainment products from its network of trained retailers. It will also be making introductions to the exhibiting manufacturers who are not currently members of the Alliance and explaining the value of membership.
The Clarity Alliance aims to bring together manufacturers, distributors, retailers and members of the media to collaborate on activities designed to promote high quality home entertainment to consumers.
Clarity chairman Laurence Armstrong commented: “Last year Clarity took a large stand at the Gadget Show Live and filled it full of good quality headphones for members of the public to try out and compare to their low cost ear buds or fashion headphones. The reaction we received from everyone who visited the stand was a universal acceptance of the merits of better quality ‘phones.”
He continued: “What Unilet is doing with the Headroom show is very much in the spirit of what we set out to achieve and in keeping with the primary objective of Clarity to promote better quality sound to the public. We’re looking forward to the show and the reactions of the visitors to the amazing products they will get a chance to experience.”
