Christmas may be more than 300 days away but it has come early for Big Red Sales agent John O’Neill, and it’s white.
John has won the fiercely contested Big Red Sales 2015 Sales Agent of the Year Award and his prize is a brand new gleaming white Mercedes-Benz C 220.
John, who has been one of the Big Red Sales national team of sales agents for just over a year, covers Scotland and Northern Ireland.
He received his prize at the Mercedes garage in Ascot, close to Big Red’s headquarters.
In accepting his prize John (pictured left) thanked his fellow agents for their competitive spirit. “To achieve such an award you need to have good stiff competition to push you that extra mile,” he said. “And so I thank all my colleagues for providing that for me and spurring me on.”
He added: “A big thank you is also due to my many customers for the support and commitment they have shown me throughout my first year at Big Red Sales.”
Big Red Sales founder John Reddington (pictured right) said: “It was a great competition and well done to all our agents. And a big thank you to all our customers too for helping us achieve fantastic results during the past year.”
The award is based on a series of competitions sponsored by the Big Red Sales manufacturing clients during the year. These competitions offer the chance to win points; whoever amasses the most points at the end of the year wins the title and the prize. John will now keep the car for three years and have the option to buy it at the end of the period at a reduced price.
Big Red Sales currently runs a 10-strong independent sales force for Morphy Richards, Vogel’s, Linsar, Sennheiser and Otone.
