Caple said it new fridge-freezers – the Ri7301 and Ri7306 – have been created to fit neatly behind closed cabinet doors. Both models feature ultra-low sound levels to suit modern, open-plan kitchen living and they have been designed with a 70/30 split, which meets the need to chill more fresh produce.
Luke Shipway, Caple’s product manager, said: “As so many of us have turned to cooking from scratch in the past year, this has created demand for ample space to refrigerate produce, which can then be transformed into mouth-watering, home-cooked meals.
“Our Ri7301 fridge-freezer is ideal for those who require value-for-money coupled with functionality, while our Ri7306 model features frost-free technology, so you no longer have to manually defrost your freezer. This feature, coupled with our innovative Caple Fresh technology, which comes as standard on this fridge-freezer, means you can benefit from fresher food for longer.”
The Ri7301 model has a maximum sound level of 38dB, with auto defrost and a top LED strip light for a modern finish. With an F rating, the freezer compartment features manual defrost, super freeze, an ice cube tray and plastic ice scraper.
Frost-free technology in the Ri7306 fridge-freezer melts any ice. So, your freezer will no longer have to work harder, which is why food stored here will last. Freezing will also take less time with super freeze, which preserves more nutrients.
The vegetable drawers in the fridge compartment operate with Caple Fresh technology. This eliminates ethylene gas, a by-product of fresh foods, so food will stay fresher for longer. With an E rating , the maximum sound level for this appliance’s sound level is a quiet 41dB with precise electronic controls.
