Appliance and furniture supplier Caple has announced the appointment of Sheetal Thakrar as its new business development manager (BDM) for East Midlands and East Anglia.
Sheetal was a lead kitchen designer for Howdens joinery for 12 years before joining Caple. In her new role, she will be responsible for promoting and selling Caple’s portfolio of appliances, sinks and taps, kitchen and bedroom furniture to retailers, builders’ merchants and electrical wholesalers.
She commented: “I am looking forward to building even stronger relationships with existing customers and encouraging new businesses to work with the Caple brand. Great customer service will be key in my new role and I am fortunate to have a senior kitchen design background, which will enable me to use my knowledge and provide advice to customers when required.”
Caple managing director Danny Lay added: “I’m delighted that Sheetal has joined us as our new BDM for East Midlands and East Anglia. She will make a great addition to our team with her experience as a lead kitchen designer.”
