Over the next six months, the BSH Group will be introducing a new Dealer Partner Programme involving a number of significant changes to the trading policy for the company’s three brands: Bosch, Siemens and Neff. The new Programmes will aim to differentiate between the appliances in the Bosch, Siemens and Neff ranges.
The Premium Collections – to be known as ‘Partner Products’ – will then be marked in all the brochures, price lists and websites for the three brands.
To protect BSH’s market position within the industry and maintain its reputation for excellence, only Trade Partners who are in a position to fulfil key quality sales criteria will be entitled to purchase and sell the designated BSH Partner Products from the beginning of 2012.
All BSH dealers will still be able to purchase from the main collections.
Over the coming months, BSH area business managers will be visiting all dealers with information about the new Dealer Partner Programme for sales of Bosch, Siemens and Neff in the UK. At these pre-arranged meetings, BSH Trade Partners will be asked to sign up to the new Partner Programme Contract.
Participating dealers must fulfil all the key criteria for qualification before being accepted for the new programme. Criteria will include a minimum display quantity, after sales support for customers and regular attendance on product training courses.
The qualifying Trade Partners will also have access to high-end marketing and communication material and special innovations from the BSH brands.
