Local retailer Macphersons Appliances Direct in Birmingham has teamed up with NEFF to replace a customer’s 34+-year-old oven, free of charge.
The oven, which the customer has had for over a quarter of a century, is still fully functioning, minus the broken hinge that cannot be replaced. The store has removed and replaced the old appliance and provided the customer with a new oven, as well as installing it.
NEFF was founded 140 years ago in Bretten, Germany by Carl Neff whose focus was not on the technology of the ovens but on the people that use them, the company says.
BSH sales director Simon Farnan commented: “The main reason we recommend NEFF is due to the longevity and quality the brand offers. We know when we sell a customer a NEFF oven that they will be happy with our recommendation and will hopefully use us for future appliance purchases.”
