Beko plc has announced the appointment of its new marketing director, Vijay Bhardwaj.
Vijay joins the home appliance company to lead its marketing team across all five Beko plc brands; Beko, Grundig, Leisure, Blomberg and Flavel. With a strong background in marketing and communications, he joins the team from KP Snacks where he was Head of Marketing. Vijay has a wealth of brand building experience to draw from having worked at FMCG companies including Inbev, Pladis and most recently KP Snacks.
Teresa Arbuckle, managing director UK and Ireland at Beko plc says of Vijay’s appointment: “Strategically this is an excellent time for Vijay to join the business. Vijay’s appointment will help us continue along our fast-paced growth trajectory for all five brands, and as 2020 marks our thirtieth year of trading in the UK this year is going to be key in terms of planning and activating several exciting new campaigns.
