Apology

In Industry News On

Haier Europe would like to apologise to Indesit Company following the publication of an interview between Jeff Moody, sales and marketing director, Haier UK and Ireland and Anna Ryland, the Editor, in the January issue of IER.

“Mr Moody referred to Indesit’s market positioning in the UK as a way of explaining Haier’s price point. At no time was his comment intended to devalue Indesit’s brand nor was the quality of Indesit’s products brought into question. We are keen to emphasise that it isn’t, and has never been, Haier’s policy and we have nothing but respect for the Indesit Company and the quality of its products.

“We would like to apologise for any confusion this article may have caused.”
