Inspired by Electrolux professional appliances, used in 50% of the world’s Michelin star kitchens, the new Electrolux InfiSight pyrolytic oven will help users achieve high standards of cooking in their homes.
The Electrolux InfiSight oven will guide them through a database of recipes to find the perfect settings for the dish. It also features a FoodProbe which checks the temperature of food and displays it on the colour screen providing the users with a ‘virtual look’ inside their meal.
The new Electrolux XL UltraFan has been designed to circulate air more efficiently so that food is cooked evenly wherever it is positioned within the huge 74 litre oven. The oven has A-20% energy rating.
