Building on the success of Taste of London 2015 held in Regents Park, AEG will show visitors to the Christmas edition of the restaurant festival how to ‘Take Taste Further’.
Taste of London will be transforming Tobacco Dock in London between November 19 and 22 for the festive edition of the culinary event. AEG will be taking the opportunity to continue its campaign to show consumers how they can take taste further with its combination heat and steam ovens and induction hobs. Through demonstration with leading chefs and hands on experience in the AEG Let’s Taste Live feature, visitors will learn how to unlock flavour, enhance taste and preserve the texture of food for mouthwatering results that a professional would be proud of, AEG says.
The AEG Let’s Taste Live Cooking Experience gives visitors the chance to learn the tricks of the trade with tips, techniques and secrets from Jeremy Pang, owner of the cooking school School of Wok. Each visitor will work on their own AEG induction hob and will learn how to cook a host of delicious School of Wok recipes.
The AEG Taste Theatre will see world renowned chefs including Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and Tom Kerridge cook on its combination heat and steam ovens and hobs. The combination heat and steam oven they will use is the AEG ProCombi Plus.
AEG marketing manager Hannah Groves commented: “At AEG we want to take the taste experience further and we plan to show this to the thousands of food lovers that will come to Taste of London – The Festive Edition. We want visitors to experience and learn about the countless ways to achieve greater excellence in taste – from trends and new techniques to final flavours and tender textures.”
