Acoustic Energy’s International Distributor Conference, held to re-launch the brand and a host of new products to the brand’s overseas trading partners, has been hailed an outstanding success by managing director Neil Truckell.
Hosted at AE’s recently refurbished 15,000 sq ft Cirencester HQ the event welcomed distributors from across Europe, Asia and the Americas to kick-start business into 2016.
Neil commented: “Acoustic Energy is in an excellent position for 2016 with new distribution agreements in place with key territories globally, experienced domestic and export sales teams and a line-up of new and unique products to give our customers an edge in the crowded speaker market. In addition to our core ranges, our innovative approach to Bluetooth, Soundbar and Active traditional products are all set to launch in the new year, making this a very exciting time in the history of AE.”
In addition to showcasing AE’s technologies across metal cone drivers, laminated cabinet construction and HF dispersion lenses, the International Distributor Conference unveiled the company’s new AEGO Series sub-sat and sub-soundbar products that build on the success of the long standing Aego-M system, and new Bluetooth connected speakers. AE was the UK’s first speaker brand to launch Bluetooth speakers back in 2006 with mobile phone operator Orange (now EE) and the 2016 models bring the concept right up to date with cutting-edge technology and outstanding design, the company adds.
Model demonstrations were undertaken in AE’s new listening and presentation room, recently constructed to emulate a large living room environment. AE adds that the room is complete with red/white/blue colour themed furniture and Union flag print sound treatment to underline AE’s UK heritage.
